Guangzhou JORSON Powder Coating Machine Successfully Installed in American Boer Metal Packaging Group
Recently, JORSON powder coating machine in the United States Boer metal packaging group (Ohio factory) successfully installed! This powder machine system is used for the production of 99x 119mm food cans.
In 2020 critical period destined to be unusual, the well-known American Boer Metal Packaging Group in the metal packaging industry purchased JORSON's equipment. Because of the epidemic, the installation technicians of JORSON powder recoating machine were unable to arrive at the site for installation, and could only guide the installation through video. With the efforts of our installation technicians, we cooperated with the customer's working hours to guide the installation through video connection, and finally successfully installed and operated smoothly.

Production Manager Thomas Peacock (right) added: "Metalpack Ball was impressed by the uniform powder band produced by JORSON's multi-directional adjustment and control of balanced airflow. This will allow us to reduce the current situation of overuse of the original reapplied powder to a lower level and achieve a consistent thickness. JORSON also took into account the wear-prone nature of plastics, changing the nozzle and receiving nozzle to ceramic material, which significantly improves the quality and service life of wearing parts."
